We finally got our first green bean harvest. We’re picking two or three lemon cucumbers a day. We harvested some potatoes a week or two ago. The newly planted peas should start producing soon. We need to start harvesting the collards. We have a good amount of basil. The raspberries are making another round of berries that we can start picking soon.

There are lots of japeño peppers growing. The tomato plants have been slow, but there are a few tomatoes on the way. Some delicata squash are finally starting to grow.

A few days ago we transplanted some collard someone gave us on row 3.

Today we planted dry beans on row 4. We had to pull out a bunch of chard that was going to seed to make room for the beans, but we have plenty of young chard plants all over the place. We also transplanted a sungold tomato plant on row 3.

We’re still trying to keep on top of pulling out grass. It’s pernicious.
